I edited the post. The Diamondbacks and Rockies have claimed Utah. You need to get a cable package
With the RSNs for those teams. That’s the entire point of the blackout, the RSNs paid a lot of money to be the exclusive in-market home of those teams in order to charge a high carriage price to cable providers in Utah to carry their channel.
Alternatively, the Diamondbacks are one of the few teams with a local streaming option through MLB directly in this transition phase. You can pay $99 for all Diamondback games in-market (including Utah), which would be a legal way to watch Dodgers games when they play the DBacks

MLB blackouts have nothing to do with attending games (all 5 California teams are blacked out in Hawaii, for example)

You can’t get the AZ cable channels in UT but it’s still blacked out. The CO cable network is available.
