Are you suggesting that he somehow managed to be noticeably better than the QBs listed in front of him but Kalani and
Arod just couldn’t see it?
Seems far more plausible that when you’re a 3rd, 4th or 5th string guy you’re just not as good as the top guys.
Considering all the criticism that Retzlaff has gotten and gets — if Burton can’t be demonstrably better than he might not have the skills for this level of football.

But good according to what though? He was an average HS QB in a bad region in Utah so I’m curious to know where the idea
