I dunno. The graphic indcates that today (or day of graphic) it is 35' higher than it was on this day last year and that it will rice another 30' from now.
I assume the level has not only gone up since this day last year, so maybe at some point between now and last year it was as high as it is predicted to get this year. Graphic doesn't mention annual peak levels.
