I agree about the bond and relationship aspect of his value, but am not convinced he is wired to be the "dog" or leader
of a team. He's quieter and leads by his performance rather than being vocal and calling out teammates when needed. He showed up big in some games, but absolutely disappeared and brooded in others. A true and unequivocal leader never "disappears". My perspective anyway..

You're right. It means he's more athletic. By quite a bit. Which is one reason why he's arguably a better player.
