Maybe because he was a recently available '24 type. Those guys are pretty much out of sight at this point
because they've all been signed. He's been firing off the '25 offers though. I'm guessing they started with a pretty clean slate so that they can target their type guys. Which would also mean that anybody that has PWO suggestions and such better send them again.....because good chance these guys don't know them.
