So many contestants seem to put all the eggs in one basket and if it doesn’t pan out they are screwed.

When it comes to the hunting and fishing I have to realize I’m pretty decent but there is a luck factor that can’t be ignored.

The shelter wouldn’t be an issue. Fire and clean water isn’t an issue. Of course I would miss my family, but the ones that talk themselves into going home because of that annoy me. You and your family knew what you were committing to and the motivation of the money and time already invested should be enough.

I would suck at the foraging part though. I don’t know what is edible as well as I should. With that and possible bad luck at hunting/fishing, it would most likely be hunger that sends me home.
