An on ball defender blocking someone at the rim leaves you confused...
I am talking about on ball defense.

Show me one example of Robinson getting beat off the dribble. There are plenty of examples of Hall and Johnson getting beat. Or feel free to pick a different game highlights and we can critique these guys.
You were right that Hall does guard the opposing teams best player. I didn't remember him doing it much but he does in this game, and does not do a good job on his on ball defense.
