Pay a small co-pay the next time you go to a restaurant, and then they will convene and sometime later (maybe a month, maybe 6+ months) randomly charge you an amount that you never would’ve paid if you knew the cost up front.

Would be pretty cool to find out the next time I went to Taco Bell that it actually cost $600. That would be amazing.
