and Mark Harlan as the AD who is an outsider non-member of the church won't feel pressure to go the route of hiring a member of the church. It would be an interesting route for them to take to hire Burgess. Nothing else they have done seems to have worked that well for them, so maybe they would try it.

Alex Jensen would be the home run hire for their program to try to tap into the energy of that program's glory days and to try to build some more grassroots enthusiasm for their program.
