He went above and beyond during Covid and was absolutely perfect when our manager left. But he didn’t get it because they higher ups felt we needed a woman. They gave it to a lady who knew nothing about our place and couldn’t handle it. She left 3 months in. It was a waste of time and money.
The ready guy thankfully got it after she left and he hit the ground running
