destination/dream for those that want to play for a championship or Elite 8 appearance. Not everyone is in rebuild mode. It takes a special player to want to make a team better. Caitlin Clark types are rarities. Think Natalie Williams who chose UCLA. BYU struggled at the time. Her play would have taken them to tournament. Coach Jeanie Wilson turned that team around. Even though Natalie raised her children in Utah, her daughter played out of state. They are LDS from what I understand. Heck, they didn't stay in-state for UU.
