Decided to start Shaun T’s Insanity: Asylum Vol. 1 this week

4 days in and I’m not sure this was wise. I will push through it, but man this is rough.

I’m sure it’s not as hard as The Work but I’m almost 45 now. A lot has changed in the 2 years since I did the Work, but this feels 10 times harder.

Anyone else ever do Asylum?
