Remember: 2 high intensity interval sessions per week. Get 2-4 easy Z2 rides/wk
Sports scientists say people miss on two key things:

1) overtraining by exceeding 2 HIIT sessions per week. If you don’t leave time for recovery your body won’t adapt and training is wasted.
2) lack structured interval training 2x week. You won’t stimulate an adaptive response without those hard intervals.
