it won't work well. When Keita is setting screens on the perimeter the defense..
... the guy defending the ballhandler and the guy defending Keita, both will hedge hard and double the ballhandler coming off of the screen and force him away from the paint and out of shooting range. It basically wastes time that possession and chews up the shot clock without creating any kind of advantage or mismatch with the defense because the hedge allows the defense to reset.

Go back and watch what teams did to us when Lohner was the guy setting screens for Alex Barcello, Brandon Averette or Tejon Lucas in PNR out top. Once teams figured out Lohner was not a threat in pick and pop situations they ignored him and hedged hard on our ball handler and forced them out away from the paint, then after the pnr action was negated the defense just reset.

If you're playing both Fouss and Keita and you put Fouss down in the low post like you said in your post and Keita tries to roll to the basket after setting the screen in the PNR then you have extra people crowding Fouss and taking away space for him.
