As a clarification, Colliers is a distant 4th largest in the world. It does have
the most employees in Utah (more than the Big 3: CBRE, JLL & C&W), but is a lot smaller than those 3. He's also not head of their operations, he is their biggest producer usually, but is a broker since he sold his Coldwell Commercial to Colliers. His production gets him some extra perks etc. though.
