Is the connection still active? If you select update does it bring up the
transactions in the 'For Review' bank section?

Sometimes if nobody is classifying transactions it will categorize to an uncategorized bucket. If you've checked the 'To Review' bank transactions and the bank register and they are not there, then most likely it was a broken connection to the bank. Sometimes the bank connection will get disconnected and not sync with the bank for a period of time. If you've tried updating and it's still not there you can import a csv file from your bank. I think it only updates for the last 90 days? Not sure exactly, but if it's older you can go to your bank website and download the transactions for the range you're needing as a CSV or a QBW (quickbooks) file and do a manual import.
