I read that he was not in charge of the offense or defense
Those schemes were run by his assistants. He was in charge of player rotations and in-game management and he was awful at these. So I ask, what was he actually good at?

I guess the in-season tournament championship couldn't save Darvin Ham's job.

Darvin Ham was bad? I thought his schemes vs the Nuggets were excellent.

I think that is true but Ham was horrible with rotations. It’s been a problem

Who doesn't give a coach a chance to repeat?

It’s almost like that silly, gimmicky tournament isn’t actually very meaningful.

Any coach of a lebron team that doesn't win a title must be horrible.

There are only 4 coaches with more than 5 years at their current position
