So, you expect BYU to recruit players from P4 schools?
Here's a thought, why don't you put together a list of EVERY LDS football player in the country and give it to BYU? Good luck with that.
IF members of the church notify the football department of potential P4 quality athletes or IF that player attends a BYU camp or notifies the BYU football department that they MIGHT be interested, BYU's football coaches MAY decide to recruit them.
What you expect is not reasonable or possible. You realize that recruiting services don't list religious affiliation, right?
