They're right about at the salary cap with the players still under contract not counting any draft picks or additions to fill out the roster.

I agree. Too much money going to too many older players. Phoenix might be okay next year if they can pick up a solid

Maybe but they've got really good players just a bit dysfunctional it seems and maybe not enough quality bench players.
