Honestly, Durant has turned into an overpaid whiner who keeps changing teams to improve his situation rather than being a great leader a team can build around long term.

Durant should never have left the Thunder; they absolutely loved him in OKC. Ever since he left there he's just become a mercenary sold to the highest bidder.
