Taxes from property will increase with a nicer restaurant. You will have higher allocation for more employees with higher wages than other restaurants. People will also stop in highland instead of Lehi and then end up getting ice cream after or something else.

Alcohol really isn’t something people should be so afraid of others enjoying appropriately. It’s actually better to have alcohol options at the restaurant so that people aren’t pre-drinking and then driving.


Drunk driving at a restaurant like this is way less common due to the alcohol and food being consumed together. It really isn’t something to be this afraid of.
