I've noticed that by the time it gets to QA/Testing, the original vision and
innovative originality envisioned by the initiators during the prototyping stage has mostly been lost - usually by the time it gets through the planning phase. I believe that innovation is nothing more than what you basically described in your last post - connecting software and engineering products with an authentic and autonomous user experience that results in connecting the end user to the human being behind the number or "production units".

When we talk of "inclusive design" it goes far beyond politics. It means that those who consider themselves engineers or part of an engineering project team understand the people who actually use the product and make something for them that solves a real problem with more attention and energy directed towards the empathetic user experience and less on money, or turnaround time, or anything else. It's connecting products with people using the art and science of engineering.

To truly understand the end-users as human beings and feeling a genuine concern for their situation, seeing the ways they have been excluded and left out, and finding real solutions to their real problems...and then making something just for them that solves problems related to bringing them one step closer to becoming adaptive autonomous agents who have been seen and understood and can now make more intentional contributions within this vast complex adaptive system we call earth.

I've been working on developing a solution to this problem.

I'll talk about it later. For now - check out this thing I wrote to my students in my software engineering class in the post below...

BTW: Well said my man. Well said.
