surgery to remove the fetus yesterday. We were 13ish week into the pregnancy (would have been #3) I’m at a loss. Not sure how to comfort my wife right now. Anybody been through this? I came CB for a distraction but sometimes posting your thoughts can help too.

My sister had to deliver a stillborn baby. From what she said, my advice is to find a support group online.
