A lot of people tell me I'm foolish for wanting to live there. The insane cost of living however serves as evidence that I am not alone.

Park city on the other hand is extremely expensive but a huge chunk of the residents don't live there full time and another huge chunk of properties are vacation rentals. Park city is the result of excellent marketing and friendly geography. The proximity to SLC airport is the primary reason for it's popularity. There really isn't any other Western ski town with such ease of travel.
