I feel you. Sciatica pain is brutal. It has knocked me down for a couple days at
a time over the years, but I’ve gotten pretty good at recognizing when it’s coming and heading it off with stretching beforehand. It’s hard to move at all when it’s bad, though, so I get you.

Don't know if I can even move to stretch. My wife found some on YouTube but I'm scared to even try until it settles.
