Salary transparency
Once the NCAA settlement goes into effect and players become university employees, will it be an advantage for BYU to be a private university that doesn’t disclose how much it pays, whereas Utah as a public university has to list salaries for every position or at least respond to FOIA requests when some diligent CBer files them?
