Anything I should skip or add?
I ended up skipping on the rental car since our Pacuare rafting included the transfer from SJ to La Fortuna and the Fortuna-Monteverde transfer is only 2.5 hrs via boat vs 4+ via car, but I’m realizing now we are paying a premium for the other two private transfers.

Just did Hawaii recently, I’m not opposed to the mountains, just want it to be at least a little relaxing.
