Steak in the oven for 20-25 mins - season before

Very minimal effort.

I usually do a salad, green onion, peppers, avocado, Costco rotisserie chicken, with balsamic Italian dressing + lightly crushed tortilla chips.

Also use the rotisserie chicken for quesadillas or nachos - you can make guac/salsa/sour cream/green onion/& I like the sour cream and honey hot BBQ sauce. Very tangy.

Also recommend the Garlic butter grilled cheese sandwiches. Very easy to make.
