Sorry, meant to get back to this earlier.
The cave is awesome. It is the worlds largest cave. It takes about 5 days to hike through. Not for those with claustrophobia or need glamping. Lots of bouldering and waterlogged canyoneering.
Madidi is easier. Not nearly as physical but amazing. It starts with a 4-hour boat ride up one of the Amazon River tributaries. You stay in a hut in the jungle.
