I don't think that's it--but not sure how it works if Big12 requires it.
It clearly says that purchase is not available through BYU. And the away ticket request takes into account membership level and points for these other games. From the email:
"BYU has a limited ticket allotment. Tickets will be assigned based on membership level and priority points. It is possible that these tickets will sell out. Making a request does not guarantee that you will receive tickets."

Sweet. That should mean no tickets for them at LES either. Hopefully that will mean less red at our next home game.
