Trey played poorly, and was taken out of a game, as he should have been.

But here was the issue Trey had

He saw others playing poorly, but they still got to play and work through their struggles (knell barely making 16 3s in his final 18 games after making that many in 3.. this is just an example mind you), meanwhile he was relegated to a permanent bench spot for a few games. When Pope tried to put him in with 45 seconds left in a game with the practice players, Trey looked at that as Pope telling him what his future on the team was.
