Curious people’s thoughts on working for a private-equity-owned company.
I’m in the preliminary stages of the interview process. They’re about three years into the holding period, and probably still a couple years out from selling.

I’m guessing it probably completely depends on the firm. They did just recently launch an employee equity ownership program, with the intention of each employee getting a payout of 4 months’ pay upon sale.

Pretty much all of my experience has been in non-profit healthcare, so it would be a new experience. Anyway, curious others’ experiences.
