Tyrese Haliburton comes to mind right away. It's not super common, but anyone

can do it with enough practice. I'm going to guess that he shows it plenty in practice, but it's probably more nerves during games. Even guys with great shooting motions (Knell) struggle in game mode. Shawn Marion, Ronnie Brewer, others coming to mind. I don't have time to search but there is a guy on every team. I think Stewart's struggles are more mental,IMO.
