Not even a question. The emulsifying agents make for perfect melting and
Gooyiness. You do have to use premium American cheeee not the kind in the cellophane wrappers though. Using non American cheese is sub par for cheeseburgers because those cheeses, though great for eating, don’t melt correctly and don’t give the best mouth feel when eating.
