I'm an evil modifier. Can't stand the American cheese (the margarine of
cheeses) at In-n-Out--and all the other fast food places--so I order a double meat instead of a double-double.
Also, I don't want any of their stupid seed-oil "spread". I take it home and put avocado oil mayonnaise on it. It tastes great. And, if I'm in the mood for a cheeseburger, I'll put real cheese on it.
That's how I deal with the Man, anyway.
