Update: most of the pepper plants I put in the ground April 27 are mostly dead
I planted 10 plants. 5 are likely dead. 2 look like they'll be okay. 3 have a chance to survive, but I'm not holding my breath.
April 17 is the average last frost along the Wasatch front, so I figured I was okay. I put a cover over them, but it didn't do the job.
(These were all plants I started indoors and planted on the 27th - so at least I didn't pay a nursery $3 each for them.)
