DubuMfalme Intervention Needed
At least half of them will be competitive.
Some are of course overmatched, and weren't that great to begin with, but it's hard to imagine Arizona and Utah not doing well, and Colorado might very well be a big surprise over the next few years. Oregon, Washington, and USC will all do well enough, though I doubt even Oregon beats Michigan or Ohio State.

I think UCLA struggles, ASU is a bad team, and Stanford and Cal aren't that great, but they're also entering a league with some bad teams. I'd say maybe middle of the pack except that the travel will give them a big disadvantage on the road. Doubt they compete in road games, even against bad tames.
