The initial reports overstated revenue per school.
It is $1-1.2B per year, divided by 17 (16 schools plus the conference). Somewhere between $60-65M per year per school.
In other words your article is old. The one I just linked gives a pretty good roll-up of how things landed after the deal was actually finalized, a year after it was announced.
