NIL has changed everything. Even for high "3" star recruits.
Also everyone throws the football now. It was LaVell & BYU (sorry Hal Mumme defenders) that revolutionized college football with the passing attack back in the 70's & 80's.
Sadly good QB's don't want to go to BYU.
