Making ribeyes tonight. The last couple times I’ve done steak on my cast iron in
The oven. They always come out perfect.

I’m contemplating doing them on the grill - it’s been a while and I’m not sure it’s worth it.
Should i stick with a known winner, or try my hand grilling them up - and just go slow and low with it.

Or perhaps do a reverse sear?
