Bread it after you cook the chicken. Make sure to pat the chicken dry after
taking it out of the sous vide. And then you can shallow fry the chicken in a frying pan.

Probably very unpopular take - while normal chicken parm is great, it’s slightly better if you don’t bread the chicken.
