Northern Utahns wouldn't know great food if it was served with a Gordon Ramsey signed certificate of excellence.

Seriously, some of the restaurants touted as, "great" by northern Utahns are mediocre. Numerous I've heard that Maddox Ranch House has amazing food. Every single time I go there I'm disappointed. It's ok but it doesn't come close to living up to the hype. Same with Timbermine. It wasn't bad but it wasn't worth the drive either.
