Word is even BYU great Shaq Walker has been impressed with the workouts Sebastian Fernandez has had recently.
Shaq was a 1:44 800m guy, and he said even he couldn’t have done those workouts.
Makes me think Sebastian can run a 1:45, which will be fast enough to make the NCAA finals. He just needs to figure out how to race in a championship style format.
