Good games and eyeballs determine TV games, not butts in seats.
Those are all related, but best players/ best games (comes with best conferences and top teams) is probably most important.
History of bringing eyeballs is next or maybe first/ above best games.
Least important is whether the stadium is full. Several PAC teams with relatively empty stadiums average more eyeballs than BYU and better times and stations.
