Seems like building really started to get cheap in the 90s...but maybe
that's just when I was getting to the age of recognizing some of that.

I have 3 houses back east that were built in the late 1800s, early 1900s and they're holding up fine. I don't anticipate many of today's homes and many built post 1990s to still be standing in 100+ years.
