I know a kid who worked the entire first year but signed up for one class and
The wouldn’t give him residency because he signed up for the stupid class. You have to show you didn’t come to Utah to go to school. So basically you have to work the entire first year. I think people get around it but if it’s strictly enforced then they won’t give it to you
