Ideally a step, maybe two, up from Walmart level.

She is interested in doing some short sprint triathlons, biking every so often, and pulling the kids in a trailer.

Probably won't be used nearly as much as one would hope. Mainly on paved roads/trails with maybe some gravel trails thrown in once in awhile.

I know nothing about bikes.
