That might be so, but the staff would be foolish not to give Waterman first dibs on the rotation, imo
I can see many good reasons for going with Waterman over Logue for extensive minutes.
As for Fouss, though — IF we sign Keita AND Berke — I have problems seeing where he fits. Until he develops an outside shot he doesn't need to be wide open to get off — I don't see how he plays in front of Berke alongside a strict rim-roller like Keita. And defensively — as much as Fouss has improved — he plays 2nd fiddle to Keba. Of course.
