It's public. It's dangerous. It potentially puts coaches, referees and players at risk. It's influence is universally negative. I say highlight it and condemn it. End it.

The only argument I can see against highlighting it is the possibility that it might encourage others to react in the same way. Is that likely? Well, I think that's a question worth asking.
