Relative drove from Scipio to Bountiful without ever leaving the far left lane. When I told them the left lane was a
passing lane they told me “not in this state.” I watched frustrated cars behind us on multiple occasions trying to get by.
To this driver’s credit, we weren’t the only ones “camping out” in the far left lane (not the HOV lane) and there wasn’t heavy traffic at all.
